An industrial recycling company in South Texas
Outreach to manufacturing plants, in the owner's voice
The owner wins business by reaching the right buyer at plants across the border. We built a system that finds those people, drafts every email in Spanish in his voice, and follows up on schedule.

The situation
The company sells recycling and waste-handling services to manufacturing plants in northern Mexico. Each plant has a different person who buys these services, and finding that person, then writing to them well in Spanish, took hours the owner did not have.
What we built
A prospecting and outreach system. It screened 828 companies for fit, finds the purchasing and operations people at each target plant, and verifies their work email before anything is written.
Every email is drafted in Spanish, in the owner's own voice, from examples of his past messages. Follow-ups go out every seven days, up to three emails. The system checks for replies every twenty minutes and stops following up the moment someone answers or an address bounces. The owner reviews and sends every message himself.
What changed
More than fifty verified prospects are in active outreach, and growing. We estimate about fifteen hours a month of research and writing taken off the owner's plate.
